RNIB publications help people understand and cope with sight problems. Informative and entertaining and in a range of formats, they help people live independent lives.
RNIB publications are available through our online shop.
We have a wide choice of magazines covering topics such as music, current affairs, celebrity gossip, education and employment. We also produce magazines for professionals working with children and adults with sight loss.
We are the leading publisher and distributor of education and employment resources in the field of sight problems. We offer over 350 titles including books, videos and materials of interest to parents, teachers and health, rehabilitation and employment service professionals. These are available through our online shop.
Our Research Library is Europe's largest, most comprehensive and diverse collection of material covering all aspects of partial sight and blindness. It holds books, journals, leaflets, government papers and other reading material, available on loan and searchable through an online catalogue. A current awareness scheme is available on subscription, offering the latest news, events and advancements for blind and partially sighted people.

- The updated See it Right book offers practical advice on planning, designing and producing accessible information. It includes guidance on accessible print, braille and audio as well as producing signage and publishing to the web.
- RNIB Hotel Guide is a collection of hotels and B&Bs recommended by blind and partially sighted people.
- Patient Focus is for staff working in a medical or therapeutic setting.
- The Accessible Office contains information about creating an inclusive workplace.
- Vision membership magazine is an integral part of our membership scheme. It includes interviews and offers our members the opportunity to share their experiences and tips for everyday living as well as offering practical advice on living and enjoying life independently.
- The See Change pack – a resource for commissioners and service providers to help them implement the National Service Framework for older people.

Marjorie's story - When Marjorie Mundy lost her sight, she was left with a tiny pinprick of vision in her left eye and little sight in her right eye. As part of the here to HELP project, Marjorie received free kitchen products which helped her continue with her love of cooking. “RNIB supplied me with special kitchen products. These gave me the confidence to get back to cooking. Thanks to RNIB I’m now able to cook again – it really has made a difference to me.” Marjorie's full story
