RNIB Visual Awareness training

Summary: More information about RNIB's visual awareness training courses which are available across the UK.

Description

Visual awareness training is essential for all organisations to meet the needs of people who are blind or partially sighted, whether they are customers, clients or employees. Due to the Disability Discrimination Act, service providers are legally obliged to make their services accessible to people with disabilities. Our training will help you understand the needs of blind and partially sighted people and improve the service you offer.

The training is highly participative and interactive and gives delegates more confidence and skills in dealing with people with sight loss.

RNIB visual awareness courses are available in a variety of locations and can be tailored to the needs of your organisation.
